making pizza fresh

it all started in our home kitchen on movie nights.  instead of ordering the same old pizza – we made fresh whole wheat dough and flattened it as skinny as we could.  then we added nothing but the best fresh toppings.  yummy!  the flat was born.       

TheFlatzCo. are committed to reinventing the pizza in a delicious and healthy way.  we use the best ingredients that are natural and organic when we can.  we top our ultra thin, whole wheat base with our homemade secret raw sauce, the very best natural creamy mozzarella cheese and the finest toppings.  from heritage breed bacon, exotic mushroom and white truffle oil to coconut, strawberry and banana.

 

we’re always thinking green

our planet’s just as important as our food. we won’t say we’re perfect, but most of our stuff is biodegradable and made from recycled materials. even our clear drink cups are made from corn, so they won’t be here when we grow up. we’re happy to do our part.

 

the flour
we start with premium better-than-organic whole wheat flour that packs 8 grams of fiber and 45 grams of protein into every flat.

the dough
we combine our flour with organic extra virgin olive oil and sea salt (no yeast) and then fresh press our flatz throughout the day to create that light ultra-thin crust everyone is crazy about.

 

the sauce
our secret raw sauce is homemade from sweet sun kissed california tomatoes for a taste of fresh like no other.
